What is the best tampon to use for first timee?

hey im going to floridaa and i just got my period -___- i def! wanna go tot eh beach and swim and stuff and im gunna try using tampons...my flow is about medium heavy not that much, any advice? and any recommendations for tampons that are best for first-time users??? Thanks guys!!!
