In Mobsters Eastern Europe, how do you get the Fifth of Liquor for "A Quick Escape"?

When I try the mission "A Quick Escape", it tells me I need a Fifth of Liquor but doesn't say any mission to receive it. When I click the blue link it gives me, it takes me to the equipment list, but I can't find Fifth of Liquor anywhere on it. How do I get it?
