GH OMG- Tyler Christopher has been fired?

I had a feeling he would go next, like someone said the Nik story line is drying up for now. Once he finds out that Aiden isn't his there isn't much he can do but either going to spiral out of control and withdraw himself so he might as well leave for now and come back later. Plus I have been hearing spoilers that he might be the one who hits Jake(don't quote me on this) but I don't think this is the beginning of the end for GH. Since keeping Rebbecca they have more story lines to resolve and after this crisis her character with the lost of Jake and telling Lucky he is the father of Aiden what else will they do for that character? I think GH do need to scale back and cut corners a bit with the filler story lines and characters
