Need the name of an older italian actor? Can't remember what movie I saw him in.?

This guy is Italian and he played a mobster named "Giovanni" in a movie that I saw a long time ago. He's an older guy and he hair bad hair. Looks like a toupee or somethingand kinda nappy for a Italian dude. I've been looking all over for him but haven't had any luck.
