How to apply Hard Candy Eye Def glitter eyeshadow?

Personally, I'd dab some on with my fingers and blend it out, so its not a heavy, cheap looking eyeshadow. Or if its not possible to spread out with your fingers, maybe dab a little and mix it with some water to water it down just a tiny, tiny bit! I've used Hard Candy cosmetics before, but not the glitter eyeshadow. Just experiment with ways to thin it out and make it look more, refined. x]
