How much weight can you loose in a month?
2 pounds a week is possible without compromising your health. Remember the extra pounds did not appear in a couple of month. Crash diets never ever work. Joining a weight losing club helps tremendously. If you can not afford it, get some overweight friend or acquaintances and form your own club. Every week a weigh in at some ones place is a great motivation to stick to low carb diet. It is amazing how much weight you can lose by just cutting out and potatoes and pasta's. Eat lean meat and plenty of vegies and that is all you really need to do. Success!!!!
