Elbow pain pleeze pleeze help?

Hi, I've been gardening and last month, i started getting pain in my elbow. I thought it was just a sprain, but after weeks of going through it, i realized it def was NOT just a sprain. I stopped gardening after that. after doin some research, i found out that it was a severe elbow pain called tennis elbow and it hurts really bad. Now imma sick of it and i'd like some home remedies of how 2 get rid of the pain. pleeze help, thank u very much.
